You may request Andrew and his team to carry out this service with any supplier, including those outside Andrew’s supplier network. 

The service process will proceed as follows:

1. A direct on-site visit to the business facility. A general visual evaluation of operational capacity, warehouse conditions, available workforce, daily business activities, and the attitude of the business owner. Ensuring that nothing appears unusual.

2. Verify the company’s legal documents and the business owner’s legal records, ensuring everything is in order and trustworthy.

3. Checking the company’s credit history and the business owner’s personal credit history through Vietnam’s credit information system. If there is a record of bad debt or closely monitored debt, the supplier will either be excluded or subject to a more thorough evaluation before cooperation.

4. Reviewing the company’s financial statements for recent years from third-party sources available to Andrew. Analyzing financial ratios, including debt-to-equity ratio and quick ratio, as well as assessing financial stability and revenue growth over the years.

Service fee: From USD 500 per supplier, with an additional charge for long-distance locations. Suppliers already within Andrew’s network have been pre-vetted; therefore, no service fee is required.

Andrew provides this service at a basic level. His team will travel to the loading location you specify anywhere in Vietnam, working with any supplier, to take on-site photos, record videos, and conduct live video calls with you. They will also perform random checks on cartons.

You may request Andrew and his team to carry out this service at any location you specify in Vietnam. 

If you purchase from suppliers within Andrew’s network, this service will be provided free of charge for the first shipment.

The service is offered at a modest fee of approximately USD 300 to USD 500 per inspection, depending on the distance to the nearest city and the number of containers.
